Your people do the work. Keep the history.
HouseFlow helps owners keep equipment, repairs and maintenance notes in one place. Tell Guardian what happened. Review the details. Find the record again later.
Made for owners who wear the maintenance hat themselves.
Work changes hands. History shouldn’t disappear.
“Your team does the work. Guardian makes sure the history doesn't disappear with them.”
When an employee reports an inspection, repair or issue, the account holder can enter it in everyday language and keep a clearer record to refer back to.
HouseFlow records currently belong to an individual account. Separate accounts do not share records, and staff invitations or shared permissions are not available. This is a simple way for an account holder to record reported work—not a shared team workspace.

Different equipment. Different headaches. Every page shows a specific way to record what happened and retrieve it again.
